Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival the rooms are ready for occupancy from 12.00 o'clock.
On the day of departure, the rooms are available until 10.30 am
Children and extra beds
We are happy to provide cots or an extra bed for double rooms on request. Prices for additional persons in our comfort apartments are available on request.
Hotel bill
the hotel bill can be paid in cash or by debit card on departure. We accept VISA and MasterCard
Hotel prices
Our prices are per room, including VAT. The prices include the use of our lounges, as well as the gym and the entrance to the Vital Therme.
Visitor´s tax
The city tax of the town of Wildbad is calculated separately.
Parking
There is on-site parking available. If these are occupied, you will find a few meters further on a low-cost parking garage.
Dogs
The bringing of dogs is possible by arrangement, we calculate this with EUR 8.00 per day. However, animals are not allowed in the dining room. We thank you for your understanding.
Telefone units
We charge 0.15 € per telephone unit.

Healthy kitchen
Lactose-free and gluten-free dishes are also prepared for you by our kitchen team. Please indicate your wishes with your booking.

On the first floor there is a second practice of physiotherapy Dietrich. Here you can enjoy treatments just a few steps from your room. From classic physiotherapy, the traditional sling table, to the aroma oil massage, Praxis Dietrich offers a pampering program. Please announce appointment requests before your arrival on Tel. 07081 2122.

A cuddly bathrobe you get for 7.00 Euro rental fee at the reception. Each room is equipped with a hairdryer.
